With a 4 Seasons Heating & Cooling maintenance plan membership, you get 2 full maintenance tune-up visits per year; one in the spring and one in the fall, right before the hot and cold seasons.

What’s Included?

Maintenance plan member service includes 2 visits per year. One (1) in the spring to perform a full maintenance check on the air conditioner and one (1) in the fall to perform a full maintenance check on the furnace. Filters will be changed during maintenance visits if they are available on site or specified that the technician will bring them.
